This is our dinning room and kitchen area. I put the ivy and lights around the beam at Christmas time a few years back and never took them down. It looks very pretty at night. I thought I wanted to change the fabric on the chairs but after seeing this picture I am not so sure. I am shocked that my counter is clean. It never looks like that. I use it for sewing and it is usually covered with scrapbook paper, buttons and ribbons. Always cluttered. The door opens to the deck where I spend most of my time in the summer. I am so looking forward to that.

Wow..... So pretty. It looks so fresh for spring. I say keep the chairs the way they are . They look good. Did you paint? Don't get rid of the corner cabinet you are crazy it you do.....
I did not paint. I want to though. But I have a feeling the chair fabric is going to change. I usually have more on the dinning table too. Where is all the clutter?
The chair fabric looks great! Of course, maybe you are just tired of the pattern. If you paint, you might want something different. The room looks so crisp. I know what you mean about clutter. My table is where everyone throws their stuff when they come in, and where all the mail piles up.

I do enjoy doing my crafts on the counter. Big counter equals big mess. I think my counter was clean for about an hour that day. It was very unusual to look back at that picture and not see one thing on that counter.
