I am a big fan of fresh corn in the summer time! I use to hate boiling water and cooking just two or three pieces for lunch. A friend told me she microwaves corn. Really? I was skeptical to say the least. But I gave it a try, I am hooked! I can cook two pieces of corn wrapped in plastic wrap in just six minutes. It may not be the best way if you are cooking for a crowd, but for lunch it is ideal.
I have my corn with lime and rock salt too!

I've never tried corn with lime...sounds good. I don't put butter on mine either. I think it is yummy with lots of pepper.
