Saturday morning I baked a chocolate cake. Lately, I have been making cakes from scratch, but time was of the essence and luckily I had a cake mix and can of frosting in my pantry. The plain frosted cake looked just fine, but why not give it a little something extra. I shaved a bit of chocolate from a Snickers candy bar, then cut what was left of the bar into pieces and placed the pieces on a dollop of chocolate frosting. All in all I think it cost $3.50.
