Nutter Butters gone Ghoulish

I made these Nutter Butter cookies for the past two years. This October is no exception. They are really easy to make. I melt white chocolate chips in the microwave. I use a shallow dish when I melt the chocolate, this way I can dip the entire cookie at one time. Just dip the cookie flat side down. Move it around a bit, it should cover very easy. I only cover one side of the cookie with chocolate, they look just as good this way. The eyes are chocolate chips.
