I bought this cookie mix because I like a variety of cookies, but I don't have time to make everything from scratch. The amount of cookies they make is just enough for my family and I always have a few to give away.
I looked forward to decorating them. I had to find a good frosting recipe, one that would harden but still taste good. After two tries I found one that was rather easy and tasted fine.
It took a few cookies before I decided on this cute look. I am now addicted to gingerbread cookies!
I packaged up a few to give to friends and my parents. Now, that I know I like making them and love decorating them I am going to find a better recipe, one from scratch.Thanks for visiting!
