Over the weekend I painted our porch decking a deep brown. It had always been a color that matched the house, it was boring! What a difference a can of paint can make. Why hadn't I done this years ago? One little problem, I did not like the dark green door so I decided to make a big change and paint the door yellow. Yikes, that color did not last long! I repainted the door a pretty sage green. Now, the deck needs another coat and so does the door. But rain has been an issue as it always is in the spring. I love the new look and now all it needs are a few potted plants and a spring wreath. Hopefully, that will be done by the weekend! I will post pictures as soon as the job is done! Rain rain go away come again another day. Since it is raining I am of to an afternoon movie. Thanks for visiting!

I'm not sure how I found you but I like what I see. It's strange, but it's how I like to decorate. COLOR! Lot's of it. Also I see us going for the same item in the stores.
Do you use any special paint for your flower pots? They look so nice. Nice to have a "neighbor next door", so to speak. I'm in NY and there are not too many bloggers here.I love to look at the Southern gardens.
