Raspberry thumbprint cookies are my favorite cookie. I did not know this until last Christmas. I was running out of time as the holiday approached, I wanted to make a few different cookies. I am always a day late and a dollar short. But that is not the reason for this post. It is that I found this quick and easy recipe on the back of the Betty Crocker sugar cookie package.

Yesterday, I wanted to make a batch of cookies for my daughter to take to school. It is her last week as a student teacher, she graduates later this month. The cookies were just as good as I remember them being in December. Could it be the white chocolate drizzled on top? I did use the apron that is underneath the package. I like that they are making a comeback. Baking can get very messy!

There are a lot of recipes that can be made with package mixes, not just what you see on the front. Three simple steps, about a hour or so and you will have a plate full of cookies!
Thanks for visiting!
