Work in Progress

I bought this book kit a Michael's yesterday. The kit cost about $4.oo and I used my 40% coupon. I have been thinking about making a small journal using some of my favorite posts. I think it would be nice to look at them in book form. I want to even print out the comments that were made about the post. I have already covered the book in my favorite black paper! I am not sure what it will actually look like, but I am sure the bird and flower (not those exact ones) have a great chance to make the front cover!

The red gingham patter on the paper gives it a fresh, country air. A written record would be nice to have, especially on those days you want to reminisce but don't feel like turning the computer on....

Thank you Dani for the lovely comment.
Lavinia, a written record is just what I want. It is just for fun and who does not want to have a little fun?

Hi Denise. Pop over to the birdbath if you get a chance. I am painting a small wood stand, the same colour as the wall in the room it will go in. I would like to "decorate and ornament" it once the paint is on. Maybe some decoupage...or...I am open to suggestions. I thought that you and your creative genius might have some? Thanks.

p.s. A telephone will be placed on the stand.
